On July 5, The Day of the Industrialist of Moscow Region was held in The House of Moscow Region Government. Polylog Consulting Group engaged comprehensive preparation and conducting of the event.
The Day of the Industrialist of Moscow Region is a discussion platform for industry representatives, where they can meet and find new partners and innovative solutions.
The Agency’s Tasks
- Develop the format of the event;
- Make the event informative and productive;
- Develop a business program and scenario for the plenary session;
- Conduct an invitation campaign of participants and speakers;
- Develop a visual design of the forum;
- Accredit participants and the mass media representatives;
- Prepare and hold the ceremony of awarding the best enterprises and specialists of Moscow Region.
We have been striving to move away from the usual format of the plenary session and add a live communication between representatives of the state and business. Therefore, we proposed to hold the main event of the Forum in a debate format, dividing the speakers into teams “for” and “against”.
Having studied the main topics of the event, we proposed two questions for discussion at the plenary session:
- Is Moscow Region able to produce an export product?
- Is Moscow Region ready to provide industrial enterprises with personnel?
The Day of the Industrialist of Moscow Region was opened by Denis Butsaev — Deputy Prime Minister of Moscow Region, Minister of investments and innovations of Moscow Region. He welcomed the audience and presented awards, including the Governor’s gratitude, to eleven teams of Moscow Region’s enterprises.
The Plenary session was moderated by Kirill Tokarev, editor-in-chief and journalist of RBC. After voting and discussing the issues of export and personnel, we received truthful, but critical, answers. For example, answering the question “Is Moscow Region ready to provide industrial enterprises with personnel?” 73% of respondents gave a negative answer.
In the second part of the Forum, participants were invited to attend round-table talks and master-classes on the exchange of experience in the application of regional measures to support investment and innovation activities, the creation of innovative scientific and technical centers and state support for export-oriented enterprises.
More than 400 people attended the event — top officials of the largest industrial enterprises of Moscow Region, representatives of Universities and Colleges, investors, heads of the region, representatives of the expert and scientific community.
From June 1 to July 9, 194 publications were published, including 24 — in the Federal media, 170 — in the regional media.
