In January-April, Polylog Consulting Group performed a full range of management and information support of the development institutions road show, Russian Startup Tour 2014. Russian Startup Tour is a series of one-day events for emergent technology entrepreneurs and young scientists in 27 Russian cities, from Vladivostok to St. Petersburg. The goal was to find promising innovative solutions in the regions and to help young developers to commercialize their inventions.
The road show became the biggest joint project implemented by the Skolkovo Foundation, the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs, the Russian Venture Company (RVC), and the Fund for Infrastructure and Educational Programs (RUSNANO) in the Russian regions.
100 Days, 40,000 Kilometers, over 9 Thousand People
During the 100 days of the Tour, the specialists of Polylog, together with the expert delegation of the development institutes, made an over 40,000 kilometers journey around Russia. The managers of our company provided logistics support and transport service for the experts, distributed invitations to the participants of the event, arranged technical equipment of the conference rooms and structures at the sites, catering, printing, relations with regional authorities, and were also in charge of many other functions.
The events were held in six stages, the venues included Togliatti, Saransk, Penza, Saratov, Voronezh (stage 1), Ufa, Ulyanovsk, Cheboksary, Kazan (stage 2), Kemerovo, Tomsk, Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk (stage 3), Khanty-Mansiysk, Perm , Yekaterinburg, Chelyabinsk (stage 4), Irkutsk, Yakutsk, Vladivostok, Khabarovsk (stage 5), Volgograd, Taganrog, Krasnodar, Yaroslavl, St. Petersburg, Astrakhan (Stage 6). The events were attended by more than 9,000 people.

469 Startups, 2,500+ Applications
The representatives of 469 regional startups selected from more than 2,500 applicants made their presentations to the expert panel. The authors were provided with the preliminary assessment of the quality and investment attractiveness of their projects, as well as specific advice on business development. 182 startups were invited to federal programs and competitions for their further promotion and commercialization.
2,070 Reports in 423 Media
As a result of PR support, Russian Startup Tour project has been mentioned in the 2,070 reports of the federal and regional media. The meetings were attended by representatives of 423 media organizations, including 95 television stations. The total media and social media coverage was more than 220 million people.

15 Regions and over 3,500 Young Entrepreneurs
Polylog Consulting Group has been the general contractor of the technical organization and PR support of the Russian Startup Tour for the second consecutive year. In 2013, the expedition of the Russian Startup Tour spanned 15 Russian regions and brought together more than 3,500 young entrepreneurs, scientists, authors of innovative high tech projects, and university students.
