On October 1 in Moscow there were debates on the topic: “Will Russia become one of the leaders in hi-tech manufacturing?” The event was organized by an independent communications platform Debate Night. Co-organizers of the event were the Department of Science, Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship of Moscow, Center for Innovative Development of Moscow and Technopolis, Moscow. The Consulting group “Polylog” performed next unit of works: PR— support of the project, the organization of Invitational campaigns and technical support of the event.
More than 350 CEOs and senior managers
The venue of the event was Technopolis “Moscow”. Despite of the 9 — ball traffic and abnormally cold weather, the event was attended by more than 350 executives and top managers of Russian and foreign companies that specialize in high-tech manufacturing; top officials of major Russian and international companies, representatives of federal and regional authorities, leaders of non-profit organizations and development institutions, experts, bloggers and media representatives.
The Debates were opened by the speeches of the CEO of the Center for Innovative Development of Moscow Konstantin Fokin and of the CEO of Technopolis “Moscow” Igor Ishchenko. The Head of the Department of Legal Policy and Community Development of the Fund ‘Skolkovo” Alexei Ivanov acted as a moderator of the debates. Within the event in the position of “optimists” performed the Minister of the government of Moscow Alexey Komissarov, the President of the Harvard Club of Russia Sergey Arkhipov, the CEO of “Composite” Leonid Melamed. The Head of the SPT Group Alexander Grachev, the CEO of “Nikokhim” Eldor Azizov and the CEO of the rating agency “Expert RA” Dmitry Grishankov were ranged against the topic. The results of the debates were summarized by the Deputy Minister of Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation Mark Shmulevich.
Within the framework of the event took place a road -show of companies engaged in innovative production.
