The grand opening of the Roofing, Waterproofing and Mastics plant (CJSC RPB) was held on October 12, 2012 in the Saratov region. DIANA Association initiated the construction of the plant. Polylog PR took responsibility for organizing the opening ceremony.

RPB plant will produce a wide range of shingles, roll and bituminous materials. The plant capacity is the production of 15 million square meters of roof cladding per year.

The plant is fitted with modern Italian and American equipment and it meets all environmental requirements for this type of industrial production. The total project cost is 1.5 billion rubles.

Saratov’s top-level officials including the Governor of the Saratov region Valery Radaev, Minister of Investment Policy Roman Fedoseyev, Minister of Industry and Energy Sergey Lisovsky and Chief Federal Inspector Marina Aleshina attended the opening ceremony of RPB plant.

The Governor of the Saratov region Valery Radaev was pleased to announce that the implementation of such a high-tech project would enhance the image of the Saratov region and boost its attractiveness for investment. Speaking about the advantages of RPB production, he pointed out that the materials produced in the plant, have a reasonable price, a long warranty and a wide range of choice.

The Governor of the Saratov region, together with the Director of CJSC RPB Sergey Andronov and DIANA Association’s President Alexey Kabanov solemnly launched the assembly line where the first batch of tiles rolled off.

The event was organized by Polylog PR. The company dealt with a number of issues. It provided preparatory services and technical organization of activities at two project sites, design development and venue arrangement, souvenirs, organization of entertainment and professional photo shooting throughout the event.

It should be reminded that it is not the first project implemented by Polylog PR in cooperation with DIANA Association. An International Dealer Conference dedicated to the 20th anniversary of DIANA Association was held at the end of the year 2011 in Moscow.
