On April 6, 2012 Moscow hosted the International Apps4all Developers Forum. More than 700 Russian application developers, IT-market experts, mobile device manufacturers and organizations, accumulating advanced technologies got together at Apps4all venue to discuss the prospects of multiplatform application development and promotion. Polylog Consulting Group together with Evotech Company organized the event.

Apps4all Forum was attended by representatives of leading companies in the Russian market such as Kaspersky Lab, Softline, Google, Rosnano, Sotal-Interactive (primary sponsor), Microsoft Russia (general partner), MTS (main sponsor) , Intel (innovative partner), Rosgosstrakh (official insurance partner), MMSCO (technical partner), well-respected non-governmental organizations: Skolkovo Foundation, Zvorykinsky project, Opora Russia and the Department of Science, Industrial Policy and Business of the City of Moscow and the Venture Development Fund of the City of Moscow (Strategic Partners).

The event was supported by Russian leading universities including Higher School of Economics, Lomonosov Moscow State University, Bauman Moscow State Technical University. The “IDEA ≥ 1000000” project was organized for students of higher educational institutions as part of the Forum preparation. It was a series of workshops with the leading experts of mobile applications Apps4all Developers Competition.

The event was held summarizing the results of Apps4All competition, launched in late December 2011. In addition to the awarding ceremony, the participants of the Forum were offered an intense business program which consisted of four main sessions. Apps4all speakers and experts shared their experience in technology development and monetization of mobile applications. “Personally, I liked the “Battle of start-ups. It was interesting to see the development projects and learn how people think and in what direction they move. When it comes to Intel Company, it is going to take part in further Apps4all activities with great pleasure”, said Vadim Sukhomlinov, Strategic Business Development Manager at Intel and a member of the advisory board of the Apps4all Competition.

The prize drawing from Apps4all partners was held at the end of the event: e-books, wireless mouses, Logitech laptop chargers and many other gifts from such companies as ARCTIC, Gigabyte, Lexand, ABBYY, hi-Fun and Rosgosstrakh were given to the Forum participants.
