Polylog develops and implements corporate educational programs, including seminars and workshops for its clients on various aspects of business development and joint projects with leading colleges and universities and centers for business education and advanced training.
Polylog's educational programs enable organizations, regardless of their form of ownership, to significantly increase staff efficiency without interrupting work flow by offering personnel training in a convenient format.
Polylog's educational programs achieve impressive results, as they include the four key elements of success:
- Objectives. The training portion is always preceded by a diagnostic stage to determine the needs of those attending. During this stage Polylog, jointly with the client, specifies the expected and measurable results of the training and develops a measurement system.
- Content. The main feature of Polylog's approach to training is its exclusively practical focus. We provide the current, practical knowledge that clients need. Our seminars and workshops give participants the opportunity to find solutions to their problems. Normally, at least 50% of the training time is devoted to discussing participants' specific issues. Instructors, using their practical experience and theoretical knowledge, help participants find solutions during the training process.
- Experts. For our seminars and trainings we select experts who combine extensive practical experience and current, top-quality theoretical knowledge with strong instructional skills. Our experts are professionals with hands-on experience in the areas they teach: skills of communication with the media are taught by professional journalists and the editors of leading publications and programs; image training is provided by image makers for show business celebrities and leading politicians; and business training is handled by executives and professionals from major corporates.
- Location. The training venue is of key importance, and trainings and seminars held at targeted locations remote from the work place are usually the most effective. We endeavor to conduct our programs in conditions as close to "real life" as possible: communication skills are taught on stage at theaters; television debating skills are honed at television studios (real or simulated); and if you want to perfect your skills as a blacksmith — that's right, we even offer blacksmithing! — the optimal venue is a village blacksmith's shop. We also offer top-quality overseas trainings through Corporate Travel, a Polylog group member.
Polylog's communication programs enjoy particular success
One of our most popular programs is Speaker, which is targeted at managers, including top managers, who communicate with the media. Compared to similar programs on the market, our Speaker program is unique, as the instructors include well-known journalists and radio and TV celebrities. The program allows participants to hone their skills when giving interviews to journalists from TV, radio and print media; the program is guided by distinguished professionals in these fields.
The Speaker program consists of the following modules:
- Successful communication: public speaking skills, honing participants' non-verbal and verbal communication skills
- Communication with the media: real-life training on giving interviews to radio, TV and print media conducted by respected professional journalists
- The Person: image trainings, including individual consultations with the image maker and stylist on developing an optimal personal image for each speaker
- Life Style (supplemental): a series of informal encounters designed to help expand a participant's worldview. Managers receive information on popular hobbies and trends (collectible wines, cognacs, cigars, design as a lifestyle concept, music, movies) from leading experts in each area.
