Polylog planned and organized a marketing event called Upgrade your Arms with Logitech! The key idea of the event was promoting Logitech's gaming devices using cyberathletes from Megapolis, the most famous women's Counter-Strike team in Russia.
When purchasing G Series devices, buyers received a guaranteed prize — Igromania PC gaming magazine. To receive the prize participants were asked to register at a special promotional website. Each registered user was offered the chance to receive a full Logitech "weapon" set by participating in the company's drawing for prizes. The competition was held weekly at the promotional site.
The event was promoted using banners on gaming websites, PR campaigns in the blogosphere, BTL events at sales points, and speeches and media interviews given by Megapolis team members.
